Hi, I'm Katie, the face behind Prism Massage. I've been living in Bend for the past 8 1/2 years and originally from Portland. When i'm not massaging, you can often find me trail running with my dog Arlo, climbing, and making pottery. Being active (and aging, let's be honest) is what brought me to massage and has helped me take care of my body and remain successful in doing the things I love. 5 years ago, I enrolled in massage school at COCC and have been massaging for over 3 years now! I've always been interested in a more holistic approach to wellness and recieving massage has not only helped me work through injuries but has also helped me be more grounded as a human being in mind body and spirit. I felt inspired after years of getting massage to learn how to do it myself, so I can help others as nuch as massage has helped me. If I had to best describe my massage style, Relaxing Therapeutic Massage is what comes to mind. I love incorporating swedish, sports, and shiatsu into my seesions depending on the clients needs. I also offer cupping and intraoral TMJ work.
